“Design Your Life” is a course for Caltech undergraduates who want to lead intentional, fulfilling lives post-graduation.The course teaches students how to apply a design thinking mindset in exploring career paths, developing professional skills, and securing employment. Students are guided to engage in self-introspection prompts, participate in career development activities, and perform a final networking session with poster presentations. The purpose of the Poster Session and Mentor Connection Event is to empower Caltech students and provide expert engagement: giving industry and academia experts a means to give back and use their gifts to propel others forward in their paths.
